If you have many exchanges with the support, it may be handy for you to see your newest message on top.
You can decide to set this parameter by Editing your profile:
Then
- Select Show new comments first in the Sort Tickets comments parameter
- Save your change
This needs to be set for each product portal
It will then show your newest comment on top in your ticket detail in the product portal where you set your profile up:
