In order to complete your profile and provide us with useful information:
- Log into one of the NAVBLUE support portal.
- Click on Edit profile.
3. You will then be able to change/add below information:
- Title Here you may enter your job title. It may help our support team when providing support.
- Work and mobile Phones
- Time zone: will display the date/time according to your zone in the tickets list/ details
- Profile picture
- Sort ticket comments: Set this according to whether you want your messages in your tickets to be sorted from oldest to newest or newest to oldest (This item is specific to each product portal and must be set for each product)
